• Who is Mod-Keys?
  I’m Zac, an IT Support Technician by trade. I’ve been building computers as a personal hobby for over ten years and now I’m offering my building skills to those who are interested in the mechanical keyboard hobby. My other tech-related interests include small electronics repair, software development, technical systems configuration, and gaming. The Mod-Keys service is ran by me, with no other employees.
  
  
• How much will this cost?
  Different builds will have different prices depending on the style of Keyboard, Mod Package(s) selected, and shipping location.
  
  
• Where will you ship?
  Currently, I’m only shipping to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Buyer is expected to pay shipping costs.
  
  
• How long does it take to make my keyboard?
  Different builds will have different assembly times. Generally, smaller keyboard styles will take 1 week to assemble and mod before they are shipped. As a one-man-operation, there can be unexpected delays. Mod-Keys is not my full-time job, and life can sometimes delay builds.
  
  
• Do you 3D-print or mold custom keyboard designs?
  I do not. I’ll work with you to find a suitable keyboard online then apply mods to that product.
  
  
• Do you custom dye or paint any part of the keyboard?
  These options are considered non-standard mod packages. I will charge the cost of materials + labor if these options are requested.
  
  
• What’s your return policy?
  I can only accept returns for keyboards in 100% working condition up to 14 days after the delivery date- only if the board has not been further modified by the buyer. Return shipping will be deducted from the price of returned funds.
  
  
• Is there a warranty?
  There is no legally binding warranty. There is a Good-Will Policy for 30 days after the delivery date in which I will help troubleshoot naturally occurring issues that are not a result of further modification by the buyer. Should you choose to modify your board after delivery, this will void the Good-Will Policy. Voiding the G.W.P. will also disqualify the board for return.
